What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Permanent Removal: Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted
- Booking History: All your past and current bookings will be removed
- Vehicle Details: All saved vehicle information will be erased
- No Recovery: This action cannot be undone
- Pending Bookings: Any upcoming appointments will be automatically cancelled
Deletion Process
To delete your account, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send a deletion request via Email or WhatsApp
- Verification: We will verify your identity for security
- Processing: Your request will be processed within 1-2 working days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once your account is deleted
Data Retention Policy
We retain your data only until your account deletion request is processed. After deletion, all your personal information is permanently removed from our systems. Some anonymized transaction data may be retained for legal compliance.
